2 × 2 inches is the size most people ask for by name, and usually for good reason. It is large enough to read across a table and small enough to sit flat on a jar lid, a pouch front, a tumbler or a box corner.
What you get
On our 1ft × 4ft sheet, a 2" × 2" label gives 80 pieces per sheet. That is the real count from the layout, not an estimate — you see it on screen before you order, along with your finish date.
If 2 × 2 turns out to be slightly too big for your container, 1" × 2" gives 144 pieces and fits small bottles and sachets. If you need room for more text, 2" × 3" gives 56 and holds an ingredients panel comfortably.
Square or contour?
A square cut is the straightforward one and suits most product labels. A contour cut follows the outline of your artwork instead of the square around it — a round logo comes out round, a badge shape comes out badge-shaped. It needs a logo with a clear outer edge, and it is what makes a sticker look made rather than printed. It costs you nothing in quantity: a 2″ × 2″ sticker is still 80 pieces either way.
Before you order
Measure the flat part of whatever the sticker goes on. Two inches across a curved lid is not the same as two inches across a flat one, and a label that overhangs the flat area will lift at the corners no matter how good the adhesive is. Send us a photo of the container if you are not sure and we will tell you what fits.
